2 1/2 oz gin or vodka
1/5 oz dry vermouth
Lemon peel or olive

MARTINI

Place martini glass in freezer to chill.
Fill mixing glass halfway with ice. Pour in gin/vodka and vermouth. Stir mixture together with barspoon for 20 seconds. Strain into chilled martini glass. Twist lemon peel over top of cocktail, or add olive.

2 oz rye or bourbon
1 sugar cube
Angostura bitters
Orange peel
Club Soda
Optional:
Maraschino Cherries

OLD FASHIONED

Drop sugar cube into old fashioned/rocks glass. Add 4 dashes of Angostura bitters to cube. Add orange peel, then top with a splash of club soda. (OR skip sugar cube, add 2 maraschino cherries, bitters, orange peel & club soda). Muddle until syrup-like texture is formed. Add ice, then add 2 oz rye or bourbon. Stir until well incorporated. Add another splash of club soda, if desired. Drink up!

2 oz Cognac or brandy
1 oz orange liqueur
1 oz fresh lemon juice
Sugar for rim

SIDECAR

Rim a coupe or martini glass with sugar. Set aside.
In a shaker with ice, combine brandy, orange liqueur and fresh lemon juice. Shake vigorously. Strain into sugar-rimmed glass. Enjoy!

Champagne or
sparkling wine
Sugar cube
Angostura bitters

CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

Drop a sugar cube into a champagne glass. Saturate the top of the sugar cube with Angostura bitters - do not oversaturate. 
Pour a small amount of champagne over the top of the saturated cube and let settle. Next, slowly fill the rest of the glass with champagne. Gently stir with a barspoon or chopstick. Enjoy!

2 oz Gin
3/4 oz lime cordial
Lime wheel

GIMLET

Combine gin and lime cordial over ice in shaker. Shake. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with single lime wheel.

2 oz rye or bourbon
1 oz sweet vermouth
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
Luxardo or maraschino cherries

MANHATTAN

Combine rye/bourbon, sweet vermouth and bitters over ice in mixing glass. Stir until incorporated (20 seconds or so). Strain into martini or coupe glass. Garnish with cherry pick.

1 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
1 tsp. grenadine
1/2 tsp. absinthe

MONKEY GLAND (adjusted)

Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into coupe or martini glass. Garnish with two maraschino cherries or orange peel.

2 oz bourbon
1 tbsp. simple syrup
6-7 fresh mint leaves
Crushed ice

MINT JULEP

Combine ingredients in julep cup or old fashioned glass. Gently muddle mint leaves into liquid. Add ice (preferably crushed), then gently scoop up mixture from bottom and stir with spoon. Top with fresh mint sprig.
